Ayurveda, commonly known as ‘The Science of Life,’ is an ancient holistic healing system from the Indian subcontinent. This course is designed for complete beginners and will teach you how to incorporate Ayurvedic wellness practices into your daily life as well as how to use these practices to aid others.

The course delves into the origins and history of Ayurveda, as well as presenting the ancient language of India, Sanskrit, and delving into the ‘backbone’ of Ayurveda, Samkhya.

The course also contrasts Chinese medicine to Western medicine in order to illustrate variations in approach and ethos. You’ll also learn about Ayurveda’s essential principles and how they’re applied to the human state, particularly when it becomes unbalanced.
