1. How do I register for an account on MindAcademy.my?

To get started, click on the “Sign Up” or “Register” button located at the top right of the homepage. Fill in your name, email address, and choose a password. We manually approve our students so you may have to wait a day or two for the approval. Once you are approved you will receive an email, and you will be able to log in to start your courses..

2. Are the courses really free?

Yes! We offer a selection of online courses that are completely free to enroll in. Simply browse our course catalog, look for the “Free” badge, and click “Enroll Now” or “Start Course” to get instant access to the materials.

3. How do I enroll in a course?

Once you are logged in, navigate to the Courses page. Click on the course title that interests you. On the course description page, click the “Start Course” button. The course will be immediately added to your personal dashboard.

4. Where can I find the courses I have joined?

All your active courses are located in your Student Dashboard. You can access this by clicking on your profile icon or the “My Courses” link in the main navigation menu.

5. Can I access the courses on my mobile phone?

Absolutely. Our platform is built using a LMS system, which is fully responsive. You can watch lessons, take quizzes, and track your progress on any smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

6. How do the quizzes work?

Most courses include quizzes to help test your knowledge. These are typically multiple-choice questions (MCQs). After submitting your answers, you will receive your results instantly, along with feedback on which questions you answered correctly. You need a 80% score to pass the quiz.

7. What should I do if I encounter a technical error while learning?

If a lesson isn’t loading or you see an error message, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache. If the issue persists, please contact our support team through the “Contact Us” page with a description of the problem.

8. Is there a time limit to complete a free course?

Most of our free courses offer 30-days access, meaning you can learn at your own pace and return to the materials whenever you like within the 30 days period. Check the individual course page for any specific enrollment duration details.

9. Can I interact with the instructors?

Yes! Within the MasterStudy course player, there is often a “Questions and Answers” section. You can post your queries there, and our instructors or support team will get back to you as soon as possible. [This feature is coming soon!]

10. Will I receive a certificate after completing a free course?

Upon successfully completing all lessons and passing the final quiz, a Certificate of Completion will be automatically generated. You can download and print this directly from your student dashboard to showcase your new skills. [This feature is coming soon!]
